Intended to teach the base of a flow yoga format: physical connections, breathing & visual focus. We take a meditative approach, using both sides of the breath to invigorate the body in each posture. After the warm-up several high quality postures can be expected. Entry-Level Vinyasa is meant for beginner to intermediate students who resonate with the Vinyasa format, and those interested in strengthening their at-home practice.
