As we approach the darkest days of the year, shiny lights go up all around us. In this workshop, we will begin our work sitting in stillness with our own inner light through a Yin Yoga practice. We will then experience a specific meditation from the Kundalini tradition, and work through a journaling exercise to support us in strengthening our inner light, that we may shine through the holidays and beyond. To end, there will be a peaceful sound bath, encouraging full relaxation.
