Is Holiday party season upon you and you don’t have a festive thing to wear? Come create your most beautiful Ugly Shirt at our Missoula Public Library decorating party! We will supply the bits and baubles, and the hot cocoa, you bring the garment of your choice. The first 20 attendees get a free shirt to decorate.
