Led by a certified yoga instructor, kids and their caregivers will move through yoga poses designed with young children in mind. There will be 45 minutes of yoga, followed by a craft or simple mindfulness activity. Yoga mats will be provided, or participants can bring their own. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes! This class is intended for ages 4-8. Space is limited to 12 children, so please come early to get a spot.
