What equipment do I need?
Stick, and athletic shoes. No cleats-sneakers only. We have sticks available to borrow!



Our focus is built around building basic movement skills such as running, jumping, landing, kicking, scooping, throwing and catching through informal play with positive reinforcement. 
Kids will learn to socialize in a team environment and have fun along the way!
