Missoula Dead Day will take place at Caras Park on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This special event will honor the music and legacy of Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead. August 9th will mark exactly 30 years since Garcia’s passing, as well as 2025 representing the 60th anniversary of the formation of this iconic, culture-shifting band. The event will feature live music from 710 Ashbury and Flash Panda, showcasing both Grateful Dead classics and original music in the spirit of the band. In addition to the music, attendees can enjoy alcohol catering, food trucks, and a vendor area. The event will foster an atmosphere of camaraderie, nostalgia, and celebrating the joy of life and community.
