This class is for those ready to move beyond the basics and tackle the challenge of more demanding exercises on the Pilates Reformer. Emphasis will be placed on individual muscle strength and improved flexibility and stability. Each class will include a warm-up followed by a series of exercises with challenging modification followed by a cool down.
