If you have basic knowledge of yoga
movement and alignment, and are
comfortable with the basic poses and
with sun salutations, then this fun and
energizing class is for you. We will
learn new poses, practice moving toward
stillness within, and work toward
improving strength, balance and flexibility.
Yoga mat required.
