Description:

Join Wavecrest Wellness and KT Taylor Breathwork Guide for a journey of transformational Breathwork followed by a Sound Immersion. Relax into the sounds of crystal and Himalayan sound bowls, gong, drums, chimes and more. Please bring a yoga mat, small blanket and pillow, and water bottle. This class is 90 minutes.
