When: Wednesdays from 9am-10am

Cost: $17/class

Steady and regular self-reflection allows us to birth realizations, insights, and understanding while releasing thoughts and feelings that are no longer helpful. Using gentle meditation prompts and unconditional acceptance, we somatically journey into what is occurring within us - including the thoughts and feelings we tend to push away - creating space for what is ready to emerge. Bring clarity, wholeness, and emptiness into your life each week!
