Description:

Whether it’s your child hitting out of frustration or refusing to get ready for a family event, establishing regular and healthy ways of working through conflict that aren’t harmful to themselves or others is essential as your child/teen learns to build healthy relationships. This includes teaching them vital skills that build confidence.
