Osteoporosis, a condition of porous and weak bone, is a growing global epidemic reaching 200 million worldwide and 54 million in the US. Osteoporosis is known as a “silent” disease as it’s not generally something we think about until we have a fracture.

In lieu of Osteoporosis Awareness Month, Missoula OsteoStrong is hosting educational events. Join Rachel Ames, local physical therapist for a FREE presentation on bone health, osteoporosis and how osteogenic loading can help you gain bone density and strength while also improving your balance and posture.
