Last school year we kicked off our strategic planning process with two public sessions held in January and February. Thank you for your participation in that work. We will return to this long-term strategic planning process this school year to complete our work. We hope that you can still be a part of the process. The District will be using your input to set the future direction for our District.
All public work sessions are posted on our public meetings calendar. Please consider joining a strategic planning session to observe or engage in the process.
The last three sessions will be held on:
•Public Session #3 March 9th 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. as a special work session at the end of the board meeting
•Public Session #4 March 31st 6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m.
•Public Session #5 April 20th 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
*Closed captioning will be available for all sessions. If you need an ASL interpreter for one of the meetings, please contact Tracy Long at talong@mcpsmt.org at least one week in advance of each meeting to request this service.
If you can’t participate in our public meetings, please follow along on our YouTube channel, MCAT will be recording each session. We will also publish everything about the process on our website at www.mcpsmt.org/strategicplan.
