Description:
Let’s get creative in this safe yet
challenging class using the Reformer
and blending Pilates movements and
strength training. We’ll get the heart
rate up by focusing on total body
strength, balance, and cardio while
holding fast to our Pilates basics.
Prerequisite: Foundational Reformer
or Pilates for Strength experience
strongly recommended. Bring water
and a sweat towel and be ready to
kick it up a notch with this faster paced
class.
