The Virtual Winter Roundtable Adult Grief Support Group is offered bi-monthly at no cost by Tamarack Grief Resource Center (TGRC). This is an opportunity to gather and explore supporting ourselves and others in grief from the comfort of home.

Participants are welcome to attend any or all sessions and are invited to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with. Facilitators will guide discussions about grief styles, self-care routines, honoring and remembering loved ones, and creative expression.

Themes for each roundtable are as follows:


February 16: Finding Hope After Suicide and Traumatic Loss

We will create space to honor grief and explore tools to support ourselves and others.




March 2: Building Balance When Times are Tough

Let’s explore balancing self-care vs. self-indulgence when and where we can.




March 16: Poetry as Strength

Will use poetry as a way to identify parts of us that have changed through grief, those that remain the same, and all those things that inspire us.




March 30: Living Legacy

Death ends a life but not a relationship. How do we continue to honor and gain strength from these relationships?
