Sometimes words fail. Walking helps. Together, let’s take a walk.
Tamarack Grief Resource Center (TGRC) invites you to join us for a walk on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. We will meet at TGRC Missoula (405 S 1st Street W) at 8:45 am and walk down the river trail together. Participants are invited in share space in whatever way feels comfortable: we can talk as we meander by the river and/or spend time together in the comfort of silence.
Afterwards, hot beverages will be offered back at TGRC where we will conclude our time together at 9:30 am.
No cost to attend.
