Innate Postpartum Care- Planning for the Fourth Trimester
You've taken the birth classes and you've scoped out the parenting classes. You're feeling fairly prepared, except for that one part.....

Planning for the Fourth Trimester is a 5 week class, available both in person in Missoula and virtually(dates below).

You know when you get through something big in your life and you think "I had no idea how much I didn't even know!"

Don't get caught out in the col during your postpartum experience. Birth, if you choose to experience it, will be the biggest event of your life, every time you do it. Your postpartum experience is what support you in integrating, or not, the birth experience.

Your postpartum time is what determines if you will struggle with years of postnatal depletion, or if you'll recover and restore.

In this class you will learn the 5 essentials to postpartum care, how to implement them into *your* life, and build supportive relationships with others in the same life phase as you.

$297 per family
$247 early bird before January 28
