Join the Carroll-Henderson School of Irish Dance for our Adult Irish dance class. Participants will learn the basic moves of Irish dance and will build on those skills to learn traditional group dances called Ceili’s (Kay-lee’s). Similar to square dancing, these dances follow patterns and are a great opportunity for some cardio! No experience is required.
