Bread Baking Basics

Description:

There's nothing better than the hint of yeast in the air and the resulting smell of freshly baked bread. In this class you will learn how to be creative with the art of baking bread. You will make and bake a loaf of while bread and a batch of dinner rolls to take home. You will also make a loaf of wheat bread to take home for the final rise and bake.
