Erin Anderson is a Montana-based yoga teacher whose practice blends vinyasa, hatha, hot yoga, and breathwork. Grounded in the belief that movement on the mat mirrors the change we seek in the world, Erin teaches with a focus on embodied healing, loving action, and community care. With a background in Intercultural Youth and Family Development and a lifelong commitment to equity and inclusion, she sees yoga as both a personal and collective tool for transformation. Her teaching is deeply inspired by her mentors.
