This month, as our beloved Erin Anderson takes time away, we are delighted to welcome the wonderful Marina Zaleski as our guest teacher. In honor of the New Moon in Sagittarius and our approach toward the Winter Solstice, this session will gently shift in tone to meet the season.

We?ll begin with 30 minutes of guided journaling and reflection, creating space to set intentions, listen inward, and align with the energy of the new moon. From there, Marina will lead a gentle, yin-styled flow, weaving soft, intuitive movement with longer, nourishing holds that invite you to slow down and drop more deeply into the feminine.

Expect a spacious practice rooted in comfort, replenishment, and inner warmth?an ideal way to reset and realign as we move into winter?s quiet invitations.
