Designed for those new to Pilates Reformer equipment and movements and mastery of the basics of the Pilates Reformer experience. You will be introduced to Pilates principles and exercises on the Pilates Reformer that will improve your flexibility, muscle tone, core strength, and posture to develop proper alignment, muscular balance, and safe use of the equipment. No prior experience is necessary. You must be able to get up and down from the floor and the Reformer without assistance. This class is a prerequisite to taking Pilates Reformer Continuing.
